In this monthly meetup we learn new GIS skills and share good practice in mapping Tanzania and beyond!
These sessions enable us to share good practice and learn new skills from the Tanzanian mapping community.
This will be a regular event hosted by different youthmapper and community groups who will showcase their work. It is an opportunity to learn new skills and create new partnerships.
Last month we heard from Ilya Zyerev on his new mobile mapping app Every Door as well as about plans for State of The Map Tanzania in January and how you can get involved. Further details to follow.
We also discussed what we want from future sessions and did some mapping!
A recording of the event is available here.
